Ready for the next step in crochet? Stitch & Revel’s Kids Crochet Summer Camp: Level 2 is designed for kids who already know the basics and are ready to build their skills with fun new projects.

This camp is best for kids who have completed Intro to Crochet or who already know how to chain and single crochet. Campers will continue growing their crochet confidence while learning new skills, practicing pattern reading, and working toward playful crochet projects.

By the end of camp, campers will leave with new crochet skills, finished projects they can be proud of, and the confidence to keep saying, “I can crochet!”

Prerequisites

This camp is for kids who already know how to:

• Make a slip knot
• Chain stitch
• Single crochet
• Work with some independence

Projects We’ll Make

Campers will work through the projects at their own pace with hands-on support.

Crochet Pizza Slice
This playful project helps kids build on the crochet skills they already know while learning new techniques like shaping, stitch counting, using stitch markers, stuffing, sewing pieces together, and adding finishing details.

Crochet Strawberry
Campers will also work on a sweet strawberry crochet kit to continue practicing shaping, counting, stuffing, and finishing skills. This gives campers another fun project to help build confidence with small crochet pieces.

Projects may vary slightly depending on each camper’s pace and comfort level.

• Increasing

• Basic amigurumi techniques
• Stuffing a crochet project
• Sewing pieces together
• Weaving in ends
• Adding finishing details

Learning Style

This is a hands-on, small-group camp where each child will receive support at their own pace.

Camp is taught by shop owner Sanjani, a Certified Crochet Instructor through the Craft Yarn Council.  

Snacks + Pizza Party

A nut-free snack, fruit, and water will be provided each day.

On the final day, campers will celebrate with a pizza party.

If your child has allergies, dietary restrictions, or strong snack preferences, please send them with their own snack and let us know at registration.

• This is a drop-off camp.
• Campers must already know chain stitch and single crochet.
• A free quick skill check is available to help determine readiness.
• All materials are provided.
• Space is limited for hands-on support.
• Full payment is due at registration.
• A minimum of 3 campers is required for camp to run.
• If fewer than 3 campers are registered, camp may be canceled and families will be notified at least 3 days before the start date.

Cancellation Policy

Camp tuition is non-refundable due to limited space and included materials.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before camp begins may be transferred to another available camp or class, space permitting. Cancellations made less than 7 days before camp begins cannot be refunded or transferred.
