Refund policy

All returns are for store credit only, no refunds will be issued.

Unused yarn (except for trunk show purchases) in its original condition (original packaging with label, not wound on swift/ball winder) may be exchanged, for store credit only, within 30 days of purchase.

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on trunk show purchases, books, patterns, needles, notions, sale items and special orders.
