Whether you knit or crochet, you’ll learn the basics of beginner-friendly stranded colorwork while creating an adorable heart-shaped mug rug featuring a pink heart on a black background, a sweet nod to Sakura’s logo colors.

Prerequisites 

-Knitters: Must know how to cast on, knit, and purl
-Crocheters: Must know how to chain and single crochet

-Beginner stranded colorwork techniques (knit or crochet)

-How to manage and carry two colors with ease

-How to read a charted pattern for colorwork

-Tips for keeping stitches neat while you sip and stitch
